Raw Material Suppliers choice follows specific procedures in compliance with NBR ISO 9001 with continuous monitoring and evaluation.

Our outsourced partners, other suppliers of input and other materials also have monitored quality and processes.

We also count with partner toolmakers we recommend to our Customers for the production of Injection Molds, Gravity Dies and Stamping Molds.

  Fusion



Our electric and gas furnaces have installed melting capacity of 240 Tons/Month:

• 1 gas furnace have melting capacity of 4Ton.
• 2 gas furnace have melting capacity of 2Ton.
• 6 eletric holding furnace melting capacity of 600Kg.

We only work with Certified Raw Materials from Qualified Suppliers in order to attain high quality final output. All incoming Aluminum is inspected upon receipt and also along the injection process.

  Die Casting



Casting of parts under pressure gives the Customer the certainty of receiving his product always with the same dimensional and finishing characteristics. It provides continued productivity with quality and lower costs.

With closing capacities of 280, 400, 500 and 700 tons, our injectors allow us to produce technical parts, thin walls and excellent finishing, ranging from 10g to 8 Kg.

Our die-casting structure comprises:

• 2 injection machines (LK), capacity of 400ton, automatic feeder and proportional valve, automatic spray, and one of them have a robot extrator.
• 1 injection machine (LK), capacity of 280ton, automatic feeder and proportional valve.
• 1 injection machine (LK), capacity of 500ton, automatic feeder and proportional valve, automatic spray.
• 2 injection machines (LK), capacity of 700ton, automatic feeder and proportional valve, automatic spray, and robot extrator.

  Gravity Casting





Manual casting of parts by gravity (die) or adapted to a horizontal press is recommended for the production of small quantities, up to one thousand or two thousand pieces per batch. Molds have a more attractive cost, but piece complexity can influence its final value. As for the parts, they will have good finishing and easy machinability.

We can supply parts ranging from 100g to 32Kg.

Our gravity-casting structure comprises:

• 4 automatic die casting machines (brands Brafman e Calende).
• 2 eletric furnace of fusion and holding.

  Machining and Finishing









We operate with state-of-the-art CNC Machining Centers and CNC Lathes, allowing us to offer added machining to your product, avoiding logistic costs and assurance of ready to use product delivery.

• 2 CNC lathes Hyundai.
• 4 CNC machining centers (Fanuc / Robodrill Model D-21 - 4 axis).
• 1 CNC machinig center LK.
• 1 conventional lathe.
• 1 milling machine tool Sunlike.
• 1 drill bench.
• 1 benchtop manual threader.

We also have partnership with nearby companies that provide Blasting, Tumbling and Painting services.

  Laboratory





Incoming raw materials are analyzed and counter tested for certified chemical composition by our Bill Oes Emission Spectrometer. Three-dimension measure is done by our Discovery II D28 and other control tools necessary to guarantee machined parts as requested and designed by our Customers.
